Yes. The new segment is generated with synchronized stereo audio. Describe the sounds you want in the prompt.
At the video-input rate, 17 credits per second at 720p or 25.5 at 1080p: the new segment counts twice while your clip is no longer than it, or your clip plus the new segment when your clip is longer. The cost shows before you send.
