Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Kling4 AI. By accessing or using our AI video and image tools and website at kling4ai.org (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

Kling4 AI provides online tools for AI video generation, video editing and extension, and AI image generation. Generation is performed by third-party AI model providers on our behalf, including the Kling 4 model. Kling4 AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Kuaishou or Kling AI. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and you agree to use it in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Please review anything you generate before you rely on it or publish it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Each person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts or using disposable email addresses to collect free credits is not allowed, and we may remove credits obtained this way.

Credits, Subscriptions and Payments

• Generations use credits. The credit cost is shown before you generate. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits from a monthly plan expire after 30 days; credits from a yearly plan or a top-up pack expire after 365 days.
• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Buying a different plan replaces your current plan immediately, without a prorated refund. Top-up packs are available while you have an active plan.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear as "Link" or "Stripe" on your statement. We never store your card details.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, images, files and other content you submit to Kling4 AI. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you submit.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

• Kling4 AI and its website content, interface, branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. To the extent the law allows, the images and videos you generate belong to you and you may use them commercially, subject to these Terms and the rights of others.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our model providers.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Kling4 AI:

• Using the Service for illegal, abusive, harmful or unauthorized purposes.
• Creating sexual content involving minors, or sexual or deceptive content depicting real, identifiable people.
• Uploading or generating content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security, credit charges or safety filters of the Service.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, reselling access, or automated access except through our API.
• Misrepresenting your affiliation with Kling4 AI or using the Service to deceive others.

Privacy and Data Collection

Kling4 AI collects account details, usage and device information, the content you submit, and cookies needed to run the Service. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this website; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service.

Termination

You can close your account at any time under Settings → Profile. Closing ends any subscription immediately and forfeits remaining credits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Kling4 AI if we believe a user has violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that may harm Kling4 AI, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service or its output and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kling4ai.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kling4ai.org and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
